As of October 2026, we're targeting late November 2026. Production has continued to take more time than we've planned, but we promise that you're getting incredible nails at an incredible quality because of the extra time taken.

We're shipping globally! However, take into account that shipping costs/duties/taxes vary greatly between countries, depending on the import structure your country has with the United States. We have negotiated the best possible international shipping rates to get modul into as many hands as possible, but please review the shipping costs at checkout when our site is launched to ensure you're comfortable with those costs.

Yes! We will be launching with blanks in 8 shapes, and depending on funding, launching varied pre-colored options. You’ll be able to buy ready-to-wear sets or clear ones you can paint yourself. This is just the beginning - in the future, we'll have a vast library of designs so you can build out your modul wardrobe.

The idea started with LeAnn, she envisioned a modular nail system unlike anything on the market in 2021. Devin took on the challenge of making it real. With no formal training, he has spent years learning the tools and concepts needed to develop a working prototype as a self-taught hobbyist. By 2024, we had a functioning system. We’ve since taken the next step by partnering with professional manufacturers to validate and refine the design for mass-production. 

We’re a two-person founding team and partners in both life and business for 12 years. LeAnn is our CEO and leads the overall vision/strategy, brand, and customer experience. Devin is our COO and focuses on product development, engineering, and business operations. While these are the roles we’re growing into as the company scales, there’s significant overlap in how we work. Devin contributes heavily to brand strategy and long-term planning, just as LeAnn is deeply involved in shaping the product itself.

At this stage, nearly every major decision is made together. We’ve also relied on expert guidance across the board, from manufacturing to branding, to make sure we’re building this company with insight, not guesswork. As we gain more funding and grow, we plan to expand our team with people who share our values and can help us bring Modul Nails to the next level!

Yes, that’s part of the intended functionality of our system. We make our nail system from premium materials to withstand regular wear, within reason.
